You have 48 hours after delivery to report any issues.

8. Returns and Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

Returns are accepted only for confirmed factory defects. You must report defects within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

Upon verification, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within several days.

Currently, purchase as a guest is available. Account creation may be introduced in the future.
