Returns

  • We truly hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please note that returns are only possible if your item has a manufacturing fault.

    A manufacturing fault means the product isn’t fit for its intended purpose, or a defect occurred during the production process.
  • How to Request a Return

    • Check on delivery – It’s important to inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you notice any damage, missing parts, or faults, let us know within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images.
    • Get in touch  – Please contact us with a clear description of the issue, along with photos of the item and its packaging. These will help us confirm the fault and authorise your return.
  • Return Conditions

    • Items must be in their original, unused condition, with no assembly or installation attempted, and all original packaging intact.
    • Returns need to be sent back in their original packaging, and the return shipping cost is covered by the customer.
  • Refunds

    • Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved.
    • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
    • Please keep in mind it can take a few days for your bank or card provider to process and complete the refund.
