We offer Free Standard Delivery on orders over £100. For orders under £100, a standard delivery charge of £4.95 applies.

We currently deliver to UK Mainland addresses.

If you would like delivery to the Scottish Highlands, Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, or other locations, please contact us for a personalised shipping quote.

Deliveries take place Monday to Friday between 7am and 7pm.

Furniture & Furniture Packages: Delivered within 7–10 working days.

Smaller Items (parcels): Delivered within 4–10 working days, depending on size and weight.

Please note: orders may arrive in multiple deliveries depending on the items purchased.

We offer delivery to a room of your choice, assembly, and packaging removal:

• One Man (under 25kg): £84.95
• Two Man (over 25kg): £119.95
• Two+ Man (over 100kg): £150.00
• Additional items: £18 per item

Please note: assembly does not include installing anti-topple kits or wall fixings. We recommend using a professional for wall-mounted installations.

If no one is available to accept delivery, the courier will try to contact you. In some cases, a re-delivery charge may apply.

You’ll receive tracking details for your order via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (depending on the courier). You may also be able to reschedule delivery or request that your order be left in a safe place.
