Furniture packages save you both time and money. They are offered at a preferential price and include everything you need for a complete interior. On top of that, you get a stylish, coordinated look created by design experts.
Can I change, replace, or remove an item from the package?
Yes, packages can be tailored to your preferences. Just let us know what you would like to adjust and we’ll prepare an updated version for you.
I can’t find the package I’m looking for on your website.
No problem - simply share your budget and requirements with us, and we’ll create a bespoke package to suit your vision and style.
📦 Orders & Payment
How do I place an order on the website?
Simply add the desired items to your basket in the required quantity and follow the step-by-step checkout instructions. The process only takes a few minutes.
Do I need to create an account to make a purchase?
No, you can place an order without creating an account.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal.
Is payment on your website secure?
Yes, all transactions are processed via secure payment systems, ensuring your details are protected.
Can I pay on delivery?
No, payment must be made online at the time of ordering.
🚚 Delivery
Which regions/countries do you deliver to?
We currently deliver across the UK Mainland. For deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Islands, Ireland, or other regions, please contact us for a bespoke delivery quote.
How much does delivery cost?
Orders over £100 qualify for free delivery. For orders under £100, delivery costs £4.95.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes up to 10 working days from the date of order confirmation.
Can I choose a convenient delivery time?
In most cases, the courier will contact you the day before delivery with a three-hour time slot.
Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?
Unfortunately, the delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been confirmed.

🔄 Returns
Can I return an item?
Returns are accepted only in the case of faulty or damaged items.
What is the return period?
Faults or damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
How do I arrange a return?

Is the return free of charge?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
When will I receive my refund?
Once the return has been approved, refunds are processed straight away. However, it may take a few working days for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.

How can I be sure that the colour/size/material matches the photos?
We make every effort to ensure that our images and descriptions reflect the product as accurately as possible. Please note that minor variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings. Do your products come with a warranty?
Most items are supplied with the manufacturer’s warranty. Terms vary depending on the brand and product category. Please contact us if you would like to check the warranty for a specific item.
What if an item is out of stock?
Get in touch with us and we will let you know when it becomes available or suggest an alternative.
Can I order an item in a custom size or colour?
Unfortunately, we do not offer custom sizes or colours.
Do you provide furniture assembly?
